Auction

It is my pleasure to bring to all the members a Charity Auction to benefit the Children First Academy. 100% of the proceeds will be given to this charity.

Children First Academy inspires the motivation to learn by engaging students as critical thinkers, problem solvers and active citizens; they strive to serve the whole child by providing hope, fostering strength and facilitating self-determination.

100 percent of the students and their families are at or below the poverty line and a vast majority of the students are homeless. There are approximately 350 students, grades K-9, being educated on its grounds. The school provides stability and hope for kids amid a chaotic world of homelessness and hopelessness; many of the children live in motels, shelters and many live doubled up. Children First Academy works to provide the necessities, care and attention that so many homeless and low socioeconomic children lack.

As usual, I will try to give everyone an interesting and desirable selection of cool items to bid for. Our goodies will be on display in the Merchants Room. There will be Charity Auction Program Guides available at Registration. Watch here for scheduled times.

If you want to donate, please drop me an email here. Consider cleaning out your cabinets, attics and storage space. Our charity auction is a great place for your old beloved collectible (but no room to keep anymore…) items that need a new home.

All books that are presented as a First Edition are done so at the best judgment of our Charity Auction Director. No guarantee is made by Catherine Book, CASFS, Inc. or CopperCon: Fantasm for any item. If you have any questions, please ask via e-mail or inspect the item prior to auction.
