An alternative to full submersion hydrotherapy is a footbath treatment that uses an electric field to promote detoxification. The soles of feet have thousands of pores. A hot water bath opens these pores, and an electric field activates movement across them, so that our feet can release detritus instead of storing it. Discussion and demo of siege warfare through the ages. Panel host is Brian Lapham who was chosen to work with CBS on 'The Great Race' to build the Trebuchets for their production, and Darren Reale, an Active Combat Warfare SeaBee to discuss the modern siege weapons. Demonstrations and Q&A session if time allows. Presented by R-n-A Productions. Enjoy the music and improv poetry in traditional bardic style. The melodic and comedic tones of Mr. Darren Reale charms listeners with modern and historical content including love songs, story-filled ballads and delightful filk. (Look out Weird Al!) Learn how to simply transform your plain glassware into marvelous pieces that reflect the beauty of the medieval age. Sat 10a-11a, Raven room. John Kelly DEMO - MEDIEVAL STYLE FIGHTING - Adult and Youth. During the demo we will explore how to portray realism in the gaming world. Answering questions like:    - Can I use a great sword in a dungeon hall?    - Can a character really carry all that stuff?    - How long does it really take to put on armor?    - How hard is it to make armor?
